The air was thick and still and cool
The earth was slowly spinning…
The stars were bright and new
I saw you there in the beginning.
And I hung the moon for you…
I heard your every cry
I knew the rhythm of your laughter
And how my heart was torn in two
By all that would come after
Still I hung the moon for you
Don’t think twice
Lean against the wind, its alright
I’m holding on, I’m holding on,
I’m holding on to you
So rest and dream
Though I don’t slumber
Know I’m dreaming with you
With heart so full of tenderness and love
And wonder for you
I hung the moon for you…

Thanks to our our friend Sandy, who took Justine and I out on the town…well, kind of: to the water…last night. We were treated to a magnificent moonrise and even got to board a big ship at the end of the night, just because Justine said, “I’ve never been on a boat before.” Just ask, and things happen! 🙂 Gifts are everywhere.
beautiful ..just listened to the song.. beautiful too xx love you both xx
Thanks, Vanessa. We are off to the hospital now together..the first time we have just planned to hang out for awhile the three of us…without someone coming to bring/take her. We will see how long she lasts! 🙂
love that! enjoy your day – just the three of you hanging out. continued hugs and prayers…
Beautiful! Enjoy being together. Prayers & hugs.
Oh that’s one of my FAVORITE songs! Precious photos! Love you!
I smiled so big and then I shed a tear. A tear and a smile because I felt the beauty of a little child as she hung the moon! A long journey have you gone! But remember, the moon is as beautiful as the
sweetest song. And to know a child could touch so many hearts ….
oh my! She put the moon way up high! And forever it will be
there just as caring and love stays in our souls!
I so loved this!
